AI Media Pipelines: UXR Platform & Dubbing Studio

Two full-stack AI platforms that share a pattern: AI does the heavy processing on video content, and purpose-built interfaces let humans verify and steer the output. The UXR pipeline automates research analysis (48x speedup); the dubbing studio handles AI-translated audio editing.

Impact
UXR: 48x analysis speedup (4 hours to 5 minutes), piloted with 2 teams. Dubbing: 311 commits, sole designer and engineer.
