Gemini Enterprise: Keynote Demos & the Tools Behind Them
Shipped the Cloud Next '25 Conversational Commerce keynote demo in under a week using my own velocity tools (Figma MCP server, MCP-generated Material library, AI coding agents), then turned that recipe into a team environment that powered the '26 Marketplace partner keynote, which seeded the org-wide GHE platform.
AI Media Pipelines: UXR Platform & Dubbing Studio
Two full-stack AI platforms that share a pattern: AI does the heavy processing on video content, and purpose-built interfaces let humans verify and steer the output. The UXR pipeline automates research analysis (48x speedup); the dubbing studio handles AI-translated audio editing.
Columbia University: Beyond the Cursor
Invited presentation at Columbia University CS Department on agentic development, focusing on how coding shifted from autocomplete to autonomous execution, and what that means for engineering practice.

Cloud AI UX: The Agentic Designer Toolkit
Designed and built the Cloud AI UX prototyping platform and vibe CLI. A fully self-contained environment linking local development, browser-based visual adjustments, automated sandbox deployments, and IDE-native agentic slash commands.
soul_view: TUI for Agentic Memory
A Textual TUI for browsing the session registry I work out of. Every session, task, and decision lives as a JSON file on disk, partitioned by project. The viewer ties it together with 5 tabs (Projects, Sessions, Tasks, Memory, Decisions), live polling for new entries, and click-to-source on any record.
Soul-Desktop: Multi-Provider Native Chat Client
A native macOS chat client for running Claude, Gemini, Pi, and Codex side-by-side over ACP and equivalent protocols. Project sidebar with worktree groups, inline tool-call cards, multi-provider session switching, and full session replay backed by the same registry that powers soul_view.
Figma MCP Server
A Python MCP server that exposes the Figma API to AI agents, providing cross-file component resolution, simplified YAML output, and targeted node fetching. Built months before Figma shipped their official MCP.
Zipline: Prototype Deployment
A Jetski skill that automates prototype deployment by packaging and uploading a local prototype to a public URL with a single command. Adopted by the broader UXE community.
GE4X: Grounded AI Demo
Full-stack demo app showing Gemini grounded in Google Search and Google Maps. Query any website, get cited answers from its content. Includes a 'publish' preview and 80+ component Material Design 3 library shared across projects.
